Alexander "Jiayu" Zhong, Esq. (钟家钰律师), is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and focuses on personal injury and criminal defense. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2021 on a full scholarship and TechLaw Fellowship, completing the program in seven semesters. He also holds a B.S. from Tsinghua University (1998), an M.S. in Genetics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (2001), an M.S. in Molecular Biology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine (2005), and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut (2009). After law clerk training at two leading Maryland firms, he practiced as an associate—bringing over 200 clients into firm caseloads—and developed unique skills in auto-insurance through five years at GEICO. He authored the 2012 book Risk Management for Driving in the USA and holds licenses in life, health, and title insurance and as a public adjuster. A zealous, results-driven advocate, Mr. Zhong was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2026) and has earned numerous five-star client reviews.
