We are 25 person software and services firm in the training and assessment space. We sought Suzanne's services to replace our corporate counsel who passed away. In the year since we have known her, Suzanne has proven to be an effective and valuable partner to our business. She has proven to be adept not only at handling commercial legal matters, but also at helping us to understand and deal with the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. If she does not have the answer, she does not hesitate to recommend a specialized colleague. We value her counsel sufficiently that we have invited her to sit in on our board meetings. She always asks the tough questions, the ones which, if left unanswered, have the potential for problems later on. I recommend her very highly.

I manage a finance and administration team for a 75 employee software development company. I have worked with Suzanne for 10+ years. We use specialized attorneys for certain tasks such as patent filings, but for regular business legal support, she's our primary resource. NDAs ,employment matters & commercial contracts are the areas we focus on. She's one of the best general commercial attorneys I have used.
The only reason I hesitate to tell you too many good things about her is that I don't want her to get too much new business as this will reduce the time she has available for my work.
