I represent business clients of all sizes, including start-up entities, in a variety of industries on a broad range of corporate matters, including formation and dissolution of entities; on-going corporate advice and planning; management; employment and stock compensation issues; contract preparation and negotiation; software and IP licensing; financing arrangements (with institutional and venture capital sources); and the purchase, sale, and merger of businesses.
I have served as General Counsel to Community Ministries of Rockville since 2004 on a pro bono basis and was instrumental in helping the organization open its Mansfield Kasemen Health Clinic in Rockville, serving the underprivileged/uninsured in our community.
