2017-Breach of warranty
Mr. Rosenblatt helped me with a breach of warranty claim, and the outcome was just what I wanted. A deceitful car repair shop refused to honor the warranty for some absurd reason and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I sought his assistance and I’m glad he was able to help me with that.

“I have represented thousands of clients successfully in bankruptcy cases. This case involved a complaint by someone who had not made a mortgage payment for over 4 years during the time that I represented him. We tried a loan modification in 2009 and two chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. He claimed we did not tell him that he needed to make the mortgage payments during the case and other things. I took a letter reprimand rather than go to court. I should have fought this in Court.”
