Richard assisted me with an unpaid wages work dispute. After leaving a past employer, the owner of the company refused to pay me back wages owed. I'm thankful that I had Richard represent me with the settlement of my father's estate. The situation was rather contentious and Richard strove to negotiate the issues without going to court. Once it was clear that we had to go to court, Richard took the time to get me prepared, so that court w...as not overly emotional. He also coached me not to get caught up in any petty issues, which would have been an emotional drain and muddied the issues. Additionally, Richard was able to assess and navigate through the concerns of many emotional people and get a sense of how the judge would perceive them. This proved instrumental in our success.
