EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY SKILLED ATTORNEY

I hired Attorney khurana in June 2018 to help me to prepare a petition for motion to vacate the expedited removal order. He was so fast, patient and understood the intricacies in my case then he prepared a petition with strong evidences. Within a month after submitting the Motion to vacate the expedited removal order petition CBP officer sent an email that they are willing to rescind the expedited removal order and convert it to withdrawal of application for admission. On September 27th i received the formal order copy from the CBP director. All praises and glory goes to god for helping me to find someone like an angel who helped me to overcome this huge stress and frustration process. Attorney Khurana is very strong on his Immigration laws, i never seen a lawyer who treats you like a friend and keeps the communication very strong. He is very competent and highly skilled in the immigration laws. His staffs are excellent in helping you with all your questions. One thing i would like to mention Attorney Khurana is someone who is very good in responding your emails. You can see his response in couple of hours from the time you send him an email with your questions. He treats his clients case like his own case. He is the best immigration lawyer that i have seen in USA. I tried 2 other lawyers before coming to Attorney Khurana. Trust me i was highly satisfied with the way he was preparing my case and finally got me the victory. He is very honest in what he speaks and his pricing are very economic and you will never see a friendly and highly intelligent lawyer like Attorney Khurana. Extremely professional!

It is the fourth time I had a pleasure to work with Ramesh and his team. Ramesh had previously taken care of my H1B, then my Green Card, then a Green Card for my wife. This time, Ramesh helped me to apply for the Green Cards for my parents. It took us just over 8 months from the day of filing until we picked up the cards in the mail. Like every time before, Ramesh and his team guided us through the document collection phase with detailed checklists, advice, and patience. Finally, but not less importantly, Ramesh was carefully managing our expectations so that we knew well in advance which action or step would take place. Family Based Green Card

IR-5 Visa for My Mother (Consular Processing)

Mr. Ramesh Khurana and the law firm were professional and provided detailed instructions of the IR-5 Visa (Green Card Immediate Relative) process and the documentation requirements. The data input forms provided were detailed. My mother did not initially have her Birth Certificate. Firm provided format for affidavits to be filled by elder family members in-lieu of her Birth Certificate (while we coordinated with Corporation for Birth Certificate issuance). At various stages of the process including various forms, the firm was thorough and attention was paid to all details (i didn't find a single editorial or data entry error in any of the forms) and provided me opportunity the review the forms prior to submission. During the last step (visa interview at Mumbai Consulate, India), firm provided list of documents to take for the interview and other supplemental useful information to prepare for the interview. I am happy to report that my mother's IR-5 Visa was approved without a single RFE. This is 100% due to the professionalism and extensive legal knowledge of Mr. Khurana and the law firm. I am a very happy and satisfied client of the firm and highly recommend the services of this firm. Thank you Khuranaji.

Extremely happy about L1-A Application

My experience with Mr. Ramesh Khurana has been outstanding. I hired him to apply for my L1-A visa, to get a work permit in the USA. This process as you can imagine is extensive and requires a dedicated lawyer who not only replies to you promptly, gives you comprehensive feedback, and is very clear in communication to ease the process, but also one who also emails with you within 1-2 days if they don't hear back from you and gets the job done. Employment Based Green Card

Journey of the Green Card is a lengthy process, Mr. Khurana and his team were excellent during the process. My case was complicated compared to another, but he made sure that all the documents were collected and filed.
