If you are in trouble with your interlock system.. this is the man you want to go to! Not only was he gracious enough to take my phone call immediately in the morning (first thing after my 4th violation), he calmed me down and told me he would take care of this. Ray won with flying colors my case, a malicious peace order hearing based upon false accusations.
