FYI: We went to trial and I was found Not Guilty on all three charges [I refused the breathalyzer field test and chemical tests at the time of arrest]. We then had all the charges expunged from the court records, which wouldn't have been possible if we had negotiated a PBJ with the assistant state attorney.
