Good lawyer. Just not in the interest of YOU. Sides with the state of Maryland and some of their crooked laws. Was lied to about the specifics of the ignition interlock program and was recommended the worst ignition interlock provider there is. Machine was malfunctioning the entire time and in no way... was willing to help me out of any situation where the state of Maryland screwed me from his recommendations. From a legal standpoint a good lawyer if you have ammunition for him.

OMG! I was not expected that I could get these results from court. My attorney Mike definitely is THE BEST. he is really fought for me . I was charged second DUI,DWI, reckless driving etc. basically every charges you can think of related to traffic law violations. I was positive I am dead set t...o go to jail. but with all the efforts that Mike put in and the relentless work he did, I only got DWI and the rest of the charges were dismissed, and NO JAIL!! yes I was lucky, but the really lucky part is that I retained Mike as my Attorney who is the guy that is real professional and that actually care about his clients and deliver the results. Had a DUI case happen at a very trying time; Michael was honest and straight-forward on what to expect and was able to get me a very great outcome. He was quick to guide tp things that would help secure a better outcome and on the day of the hearing was thinking of even more ways to sweeten the outco...me. 10/10 never plan on never needing his services again lol but would recommend and hire again in a heartbeat. He honestly made the situation a lot easier to manage and helped me feel a lot more confident through the process. Can't recommend him enough!

Michael Garagolzo is an incredible lawyer. I was charged with a DUI, exceeding the speed limit, negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving without a license… my docket was like a grocery list. I had a previous out of state DUI as well. I spoke with many lawy...ers in a short span of time, but once I had my meeting with Michael I stopped looking. He let me know how serious the charges were and that I was looking at jail time. He didn’t try to sell me snake oil, he told me exactly what I was looking at and exactly what I had to do to mitigate the punishment. I followed his instructions to a T. He was able to avoid license suspension with the MVA, I will say with a little luck, but also with his knowledge of those proceedings. The paperwork wasn’t in order and he called it out. In my criminal case, he was able to get me a plea deal resulting in only the negligent driving offense. Everything else was dropped. There was also a moment where we were discussing whether I would present my case and try to get my fines reduced or if I was going to accept the deal as is. The plan was that I would present my case. The case presented before mine was very similar, and the judge tore that guy apart. Michael saw that and immediately accepted the plea deal. That moment of intuition saved me from a judge who went on to say, “Do you understand the miracle that your lawyer performed for you today?”. Honest to God, the judge said that… Michael’s complete familiarity with not only the laws, but the legal process and the people enacting it were on full display throughout my time with him. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
