Attorney Leon Geller is a quality attorney. His competence is evidenced by his many satisfied clients - I am one - and can attest to his tenacity and prudent aggression in and out of the courtroom. I was charged with possession of CDS here in Montgomery County, MD. During discovery, the Rockville ...police provided the body camera footage - two hours worth - of the encounter and subsequent arrest. It was fortunate that they included this footage, because it proved they failed to ask for consent to search me, which was contrary to their written statement if facts. Attorney Geller siezed upon this inconsistency and brought this to the prosecution, which realized they had a choice between standing behind a flawed police report and/or asking a peace officer to perjure himself on the stand. The case was nolle prosequi on all charges before I even set foot in District Court. Beside his attention to detail, he was genuinely concerned with my health, following closely my progress in treatment, conferring with pretrial and probation officers, even came in to his office on a Sunday after recent invasive knee surgery to discuss an imminent court date. He stuck with the case for months as the state asked for postponement after postponement... His fee for the services rendered was so far below some of his colleagues, I was truly astounded.
