Donald Matthew Knepper

We had our Trust prepared by a very expensive attorney. Just to be sure, I asked Mr. Knepper to look it over. He was extremely thorough, and discovered that although we had a "Trust," there was nothing in the Trust Mr. Knepper sat with us for a couple of hours and explained Will's, Estates, and T...rusts. I hired Donny twice for issues with my provisional license. The MVA is huge pain when it comes to a provisional license and I think that I might have the worst luck in the world. I am a good driver but it is like anytime I made any kind of mistake, no matter how small, there was a cop who was ready... to pull me over for it. We hired Donny to help my mother-in-law with a traffic case. My mother-in-law is an older woman and she is not from the U.S. I was on the scene of the incident and I can tell you for sure that the police officer overreacted. Not only was the officer angry and hostile towards this older woman, but ...he issued her nine citations! And then sent paperwork to the MVA to have her re-tested! It was bad. And my mother-in-law had made an honest mistake, turning the wrong way on a confusing road. Another police officer who was on the scene told me that people make the same mistake every day. We were not trying to say that she did nothing wrong, but she should only be cited for what she actually did. It just seemed like the officer was excessive and mean. We just wanted this complicated and tense situation to be resolved in a peaceful way. We hired Donny and he not only helped with the court case but he also sent a letter to the MVA, complete with a screenshot from Google Maps, explaining that my mother-in-law made an honest mistake. The MVA still re-tested her, but I have to think that Donny’s letter helped put the entire case into context. She was able to get her license back before the court date! Originally, the prosecutor seemed out for blood. He wanted my mother-in-law to plead guilty to fleeing and eluding a police officer (you can go to jail for that). But when it was all said and done, my mother-in-law was only found guilty of two smaller traffic tickets and Donny was even able to keep those off of her record. Throughout the entire process, Donny was very good to deal with. He was very responsive and very helpful. He made a difference for us. If you need a lawyer he is someone who you should call.

Donny was my lawyer for a child support case. My ex took me to court, trying to squeeze me for more money than I had. I am a working man who has always taken care of his child. I did not have the money to pay my ex what she was asking for, but I also did not have a lot of money to pay a lawyer to ...help me fight the case. I did not want to spend (err waste) the resources going to trial and Donny understood that. He guided the case through a very fruitful mediation. I saved a ton of money working with Donny. I think that anybody who is going through a divorce should meet with him. His approach to the law is disarming and effective. He knows how to win. He helped me through what was the most difficult time in my life, and I am forever grateful.
