David A Schiller

My first interaction with David was pleasant, the way the conversation went I got a good vibe that he would do the most for my case and thought he would really care for me and my case, few months later ,he began blatantly dodging my calls, i came to this when I tried calling on another phone and he p...romptly picked up, in addition, it seemed like his memory reset every day because, he would ask me who I am and what my case was again at the beginning of every call. I had an ankle monitor on and it was becoming a financial burden and I spoke with him trying to see if there was a way to get it removed, he told me that there was nothing that could be done. After I had called other lawyers I found out that he could have put in a motion to modify. I would suggest staying away from him.

When I first met David, he seemed like he would really take care of me and my case, flash forward to a month later, he would not return my calls, when he would pick up, after I would call from a different number, he would ask me who I am and what my case was again. He is very unresponsive after he gets your money, he will drop your call and purposefully not call you back. Stay away from him

I have little VERY little experience with legal issues but Mr . Schiller was horrible. Was very hard to get in touch with. Didn't always call me back. And really treated my case and me like I was guilty. Did nothing to help or stand up for me. Didn't explain things to me. 3 years have past and I am ...still waiting for him to call me back to tell me the final outcome of the last court date.

I was referred to Mr. Schiller by a good friend and he has always looked out for myself and my family. He is a great lawyer and I always came to him for legal advice. He is always attentive and gives the best recommendation. Whenever I have legal trouble he is the first lawyer I think of. I would rec...ommend him to family and friends.
