Made bad situation worse
I have no idea where these other reviews came from, but they are in no way accurate to how Mr. Rummer actually handles a tough case when things are busy. Replied last May 18, 2020If this is a legitimate client review, I am terribly sorry you feel that way about the representation you received. However, the information that you have provided above is not in line with my practice (and completely contrary to my handling of cases) and I have to question the authenticity of this anonymous review. There has not been an instance where a client has had to handle his or her own case or where I have been unable to comprehend any email communications. No client has ever made such a claim, past or present. Since this review is anonymous and without any facts, I am not able to respond. However I can say with confidence, 90% of my client base comes through referrals. I have received multiple referrals within the same families, as well as from the ex-spouses of former clients. No prior client has ever raised any of these allegations or concerns against me in almost 20 years of my practice. I would welcome the opportunity to address your perspective of handling of your case, should you wish. Please feel free to email me directly or call my offices, but to the best of my knowledge I cannot remotely apply this description to any of my past clients.
