I have a complicated case a domestic complaint I am a cop in Newark NJ call Mr Foster he did a tremendous job My former girlfriend,her husband and boyfriend all three of them file a complaint separate Mr Foster proved my inocente and all three cases we’re denied by the judge Thanks to Mr Alex Foster His the best

Great Service

I was involved in some legal matters that could have serious consequences and effect my life drastically. When I was seeking legal advocacy Mr. Foster actually made me feel secure and showed me his concerns to see if my rights were violated and provide professional legal advice. His experience gave me comfort that I had proper representation to a legal system which im not all that familiar with. I never felt judged and he was very detailed with his legal defense plan. I was able to get a plea arrangement with the state of MD and manage to keep my driving privileges and was given opportunities to correct my mistakes. He's down earth gentleman and relates to some of the complexities that arise when your in legal trouble. He's extremely knowledgeable of criminal law. Best Attorney - Highly Reccomended

Best lawyer in Montgomery County

My wife and I found ourselves in desperate need and required the best legal representation possible. I was extremely worried that a conviction or plea would ruin my future employment possibilities. Alex made sure I wasn't charged and I was able to file for immediate expungement. I found him to be extremely qualified and he went above and beyond to fight for me. He truly was a blessing for my family and to top it off he really is a nice guy. Procedurally he knew the best strategy and gave amazing council. Excellent lawyer

Alex was an incredible lawyer for my case. He is experienced and very knowledgeable of the law. At our first meeting he explained multiple strategies to getting my charges dropped and I was confident that he would. I just had my trail and he immediately was able to prevent them from prosecuting me. If I ever need another lawyer I know who to hire.

End of a Nightmare

I originally was pulled over for a missing third tail light. I have health issues that were not acknowledged and cruelly ignored (by the police officer) at the time of my traffic stop and arrest. During trial, Mr. Foster questioned the police officer in a respectful, non aggressive manner. The officer turned red, appeared anxious and admitted that during my arrest, he did his job improperly. The judge acquitted 100% of my 8 charges. If mr. foster was not the confident, articulate, quick thinking lawyer I saw that day, right now I would be in jail. Mr. Foster went the extra mile, he brought my family back together, he made sure I sought out the additional medical help I needed, he made me feel like he was the person that was going to get me out of the nightmare I was in, and he did. I owe mr. Foster far more money than what he requested as his fee. I have my freedom back, thanks to my attorney and now someone I consider a friend, Mr. Alex Foster.

Best criminal defense lawyer

Alex Foster is one of the best crimanal defense lawyers I've had the pleasure of hiring him twice to help both criminal cases. He is very knowledgeable and follows through with what he says. I also like how he always kept me informed and explained everything so I could truly understand and know what's going on with my cases. He was able to see me in a timely manor. His work credentials are quite astounding. Alex is the best

Alex is an amazing lawyer where do I even begin? I have hired Alex for about 3 cases and he has resolved every single one of them. I do not have a criminal record they have all been dismissed and one PBJ which the probation term is over. In one of the cases I was even facing a felony on top of multiple other charges and there wad even video evidence against me. He used to work for the Montgomery County prosecutors office until 2010 and has alot of connections with judges and prosecutors, they all know and respect Alex which is really important when choosing a lawyer. He also has connections with alot of other very well known defense attorneys. On top of that, his prices are extremely fair and hr is willing to work with people on pricing or payment installments. And if that wasn't enough he just has an amazing personality and I think of him as a friend. I owe a lot to Alex, he was there for me during a dark time in my life and he has been a God-send. Former Top Prosecutor

Alex Foster is a former Senior Assistant State's Attorney for Montgomery County who worked in the State's Attorney's Office for 20 years. He has been a great defense attorney since 2008. He knows everyone. He is extremely talented in court. You can't find a more effective defense attorney in Rockville. Absolutely the best and did a great job having my case dismissed. Even the judge said he did a great job and the prosecutor called him "Alex" like they were friends! No other defense lawyer has his background, connections and skill. A 10 rating!
