Mirakmal Niyazmatov is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Langar Law Firm, a boutique immigration law and legal consulting practice focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the U.S. immigration system with clarity and confidence.
Mr. Niyazmatov earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.), summa cum laude, and his Doctorate degree (J.S.D.) in law from Notre Dame Law School. Prior to establishing his own firm, he gained valuable international legal experience working with the United Nations and other respected international organizations.
The word “Langar” means anchor—a symbol of stability, protection, and trust. These values guide Mr. Niyazmatov’s practice and reflect his commitment to helping clients build secure and meaningful lives in the United States. WGAD held that the deprivation of liberty of Mr. Saidov was arbitrary and requested the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation, which would include a retrial and adequate reparation.
In the Matter of Maksat Kakabayev and Murad Ovezov v. Government of Turkmenistan
