I worked with Mirakmal Niyazmatov to prepare my NIW application. I’m a researcher at NIH and I wanted to switch from H1B to green card. I first had a consult with Mirakmal during which he took the time to listen to my situation, he asked for more details, and at the end of our conversation he suggested to go with the EB2 application. He then followed up and sent me a list of all the documents he needed. My wife had green card from marriage. Before her card expired, I try renewing her green card myself and I checked on the internet which I found wrong document to file. Because regular green card extension and form marriage green card was different. After some times past, my wife application denied and my wife green card was expired already. So, we had big trouble. Long story is short, it was denied n400 naturalization on me, and he helped me for hearing n336, he is best in his job because some of attorneys recommended to fill out new n400 naturalization forms after denial but Mr Mirakmal showed them details by detail, so it was a wrong decision and now i got approval, getting excited about oath ceremony, i really appreciate your help I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS
