As a native Washingtonian who attended Richard Montgomery High School, Adam regularly counsels numerous Maryland and Washington, DC businesses and individuals on various corporate and legal matters on an ongoing basis.
Adam’s litigation and appeals practice addresses a broad range of civil litigation issues, including contract disputes, property disputes, financial disputes, real estate matters, environmental law, technology disputes, securities fraud, bankruptcy matters, liability problems, toxic torts, and outdoor recreation matters. Adam regularly and effectively negotiates settlements of these same types of civil disputes.
Adam also has an extensive expertise in legal ethics and professional responsibility. Adam has served as an expert witness on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility in the Circuit Court of Maryland, and he currently serves on the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Legal Ethics Committee. Adam was also appointed by the Governor of Maryland to a commission to provide advice regarding juvenile justice issues.
