Excellent job
I am a real estate attorney, and I needed to find an attorney to assist my client in obtaining a liquor license for its business. One of my partners recommended Sean Morris, who did an outstanding job in representing my client. Mr. Morris was thorough, timely, and reasonably priced. I would refer to him again.

Sean Morris Law Firm
Mr. Morris not only gave us good legal advice when we were considering signing and lease and later when we had a legal issue with the landlord, he was very nice and very easy to talk to. He was also very good at explain the "legalese" language in contracts so we really understood exactly what the contracts meant before we made any decisions. We have hired him twice and I would definitely recommend him.

Business Law Client
I do not write reviews but Sean is an exception. I was referred to Sean by an attorney friend and I was not disappointed. First, within a day of my call Sean met me at my Restaurant for lunch to discuss my needs and requirements - a visit he did not charge for. Second, Sean was able to work with me over email to review, edit and negotiate a rather voluminous and complicated Restaurant lease in the span of a week. Second, after a quick review of my business goals Sean helped me develop a plan of action to quickly organize our LLC and obtain DC , Occupancy, tax and business licenses and permits for our new location - while staying within our agreed upon legal spending budget. He even paid himself for some of the license fees to expedite the process - without even asking for payment until weeks later. Sean is an experienced litigator that understands the business needs of an owner as well as the law. He is honest, highly experienced, with personal integrity, and a true advocate for his clients. I trust Sean and highly recommend him with all aspects of business law.

Would turn to him again
Sean Morris helped me with 2 separate matters in the past year. The first was a consultation involving a contractual matter, which was pretty straightforward. He proved his competency with that one, and also charged a very reasonable fee, so my wife and I later turned to him for help with a low-stakes tenant-landlord dispute. He grasped the essentials of the dispute, provided a clear explanation of our options and likely outcomes, then suggested a sensible strategy that involved a low-key negotiation approach. His concern was that we not spend more than we could hope to gain from a settlement. Sean kept us in the driver's seat throughout a back-and-forth process that dragged on a bit longer than it probably should have. But my wife and I place responsibility for that on the disputing party and counsel. Sean kept his eye on the bottom line for us, and with his guidance, we received an acceptable settlement. We were glad to have turned to him for counsel, and would do so again.

Professional Service and Gratitude
I am eternally grateful to Mr. Morris for all the help He gave me in my divorce case. Mr. Morris is a very Professional Lawyer; and in this very difficult time I spent, Mr. Morris offered me not only their Professionalism as a Lawyer but also as a great human being. He always kept me informed of everything legally related to my case, what was the best I could do; when I needed his opinion He was always careful to answer my phone calls or talk to me in person. I hope not to be in another legal case, but if I were in another legal case, I would not think twice about calling The Morris Law Firm office; because I know I would receive a Professional services. I recommend it to anyone who was in a legal case to call The Morris Law Firm office. I have only words of thanks for Mr. Morris for all his help in my case.

In It Just For The Money - Does Not Know The Law
This guy gave me half my money back over a misstep with the law after a court hearing. He did not know about what "Imminent" guidelines stood for in the State of Maryland. Made me consent to a verbal domestic case that was definitely not an imminent threat. Got royally screwed from his lack of knowledge. Stay far away!!!
Response from Sean Morris April 26, 2017
I am sorry this client did not have a positive experience with my representation. My aim, as it is with all my clients, was to protect his interests and I remain confident that I did so to the greatest extent possible under difficult circumstances.
