Excellent and reliable

I contacted Brendan to obtain information about how to apply for a green card. He assessed the particulars of my situation, and gave me straightforward and detailed advice that I had been unable to obtain from other sources. I felt that he gave an honest appraisal of my chances for success in pursu...ing the different routes through the immigration process. Based on his consultation recommendation, I hired him to pursue green card application through the National Interest Waiver. He and his staff were professional and helpful in guiding me through the process of compiling the required documentation, providing detailed lists and examples to ensure that my case was as strong as it could be. He also gave me realistic estimates of the timelines, and when I became concerned that I hadn't yet heard about the status of my application at the state department, he quickly was able to give me a status update. I was successful in my application, and strongly believe that the process was as smooth as it was because of Brendan and his team. They were also very understanding of my professional schedule and obligations, allowing me to complete the steps of the process when I had time, and remotely (online and through the mail). I would highly recommend his services, especially if you are naive to the immigration process in the USA and need someone not only to facilitate the application process, but also to help you wade through the different options and find what is most likely to be successful for you.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
