Alan Richard Fawcett

       Alan graduated Law School eager to fight for his client’s rights in the court of law and began doing so immediately. He has tried over 200 cases in the various courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia and obtained favorable results. Alan has represented thousands of clients in various matters. He focuses on litigation and trial work and he has appeared in nearly every court in Maryland and the District of Columbia on behalf of his clients.

        Alan enjoys representing injured victims against the big and powerful insurance companies, who typically will try to do whatever they can to avoid paying a righteous claim. He always puts his client’s rights first and is never satisfied until both he and his client agree that they have obtained a fair and just result.

        Alan’s goal is to be available to all of his clients and make sure that they understand their case and his role in it. Every client and every case is important and Alan ensures that they get the attention they deserve.

        Alan was born and raised in Columbia, Maryland, where he attended Oakland Mills High School from 1993-1997. He has been a lifelong resident of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area and currently resides in suburban Maryland with his wife Mandy, two kids and two dogs.

        Alan graduated from High Point University in North Carolina, in 2001 with a B.A. in both Political Science and Criminal Justice, where he made the Dean’s List several times. He then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law on a scholarship from 2001-2004, where he served as an Editor for two years on the University of Baltimore Environmental Law Journal and competed on the University of Baltimore Moot Court Team, prior to graduating and beginning his career as an attorney.
