I hired Larry to negotiate and finalize on my behalf a fairly complex Employment Separation Agreement with my former employer to seek as much severance as possible while reducing my personal risk and exposure. In March 2012, I found myself caught up in a Dispute with my condo association over thier liability to pay for damages to the interior of my home. They were having our siding replaced and I was not notified of the preparation needed to prevent the damages and the they rufused to be held accountable. They got very ugly.
