I chose to contact this lawyer directly because of the reviews on this Avvo site. I met with Mr. McCaskill and so far so good! He was very personable, he appeared to be very knowledgeable and he was very HONEST with me about my case. I felt very comfortable during our meeting. After meeting with ...him I decided to retain his services. I have a complex case but I believe he will represent me honestly and do all that he can to see that justice is served on my behalf.

I first found him through a friend of mine in 2010 after I was in a pretty serious car accident. He really took care of me and so when I got into another accident this year, I knew exactly who to call. I am happy with the services he extended to me - he was flexible in meeting with me since I didn'...t have a working vehicle and also willing to explain everything I had questions about until I understood.

3 years ago I purchased a Tax lien in Baltimore City and hired Mr. Mccaskill to begin the foreclosure process. He charged me a fair rate and was very responsive throughout the entire process (he even came to my job!). The only negative would be that his staff is not very helpful and gave me incorr...ect information. But once I complained he gave me his personal cell number and everything was fine after that.
