I was referred to Eric after going to several well known firms that decided they didn't want my case because it was a bit of a challenge. Five minutes after a phone call and an email Eric called me. A few days later I met with him and his team and they took my case. He never shies away from a challen...ge and doesn't give up. Eric was extremely patient, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions anytime even beyond regular office hours. He is a straight shooter and walks you through each step of the way through out your case. Eric far exceeded my expectations with his knowledge, determination, concern, and kindness. Eric not only won my case but received the maximum amount without even going to court. I would and have highly recommended him to others. Our family will never use anyone other than Eric and his firm for any future legal issues.

Unfortunately, I was injured in a major trucking accident and I was left with a long road of recovery ahead with horrendous injuries. Although his type A personality may cause him to come across as somewhat rough around the edges at times, (as well as I) Eric Rosenberg is Truly something to behold in the court room! The REAL deal, He truly IS a Super(ior) Lawyer where it counts the most. Probably a Genius! Somehow attentive i...n spite of that cell phone, he is also available, fast pace, no nonsense cut to the chase, and has spot on judgement and intuition! He pairs well (evenly) with other strong personality clients who can assert themselves, but I also believe he would gently and fairly manage the more venerable clients. I wouldn't want anyone else to represent me. Seriously, God help whoever he's up against! The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, available and friendly. Because of the nature of my case, it ran on for over 4 years and finally went to court one month ago, in Feb 2014, with great success, but my review would have been the same either way. Hats Off.
