Eric F. Rosenberg

s a founding partner of Rosenberg, Fayne & Raden, LLP, Mr. Rosenberg brings decades of civil litigation experience to the table. With the experience of having secured dozens of multi-million dollar Plaintiff verdicts and settlements and, with countless satisfied clients, Mr. Rosenberg has built a legacy of zealous and successful representation.

After graduating from The George Washington University Law School in 1993 with high honors, Mr. Rosenberg began his legal career as a law clerk in both the District and Circuit Courts for Prince George’s County, Maryland. He then worked briefly for a large law firm in Prince George’s County before he left to start his own practice with his partner, Peter Fayne. Rosenberg, Fayne & Raden, LLP is now entering its twentieth year of serving clients in State and Federal Courts in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Rosenberg deftly handles all types of negligence cases, including construction accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death cases and catastrophic auto accidents. Utilizing his diverse skills, Mr. Rosenberg also has developed a specialty in representing high net worth individuals in complex business transactions and negotiations, including business purchases, workouts and dissolutions.

Known for his eidetic memory and knowledge of the law, Mr. Rosenberg has represented a diverse array of clients, including members of the local and national judiciary, Presidential Appointees and staff members, in civil and business matters throughout the country. Because of his experience and success, he has been asked to appear on The O’Reilly Factor and Dateline, and he is frequently quoted in the Washington Post. He is a frequent lecturer for national organizations and he is steadfastly keeps himself apprised of the latest legal trends and movements.

In 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015, he was selected as a SuperLawyer and is a previous recipient of the ProBono Lawyer of the Year award in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Mr. Rosenberg has spoken at the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, Maryland Continuing Legal Education for Practicing Lawyers and the Maryland Association for Justice. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, an Eagle donor for MAJ, a member of the Prince George’s County Bar Association and of the District of Columbia Bar Association.

He is also an award-winning performance runner and he brings the same energy and vigor for his marathon running to his performance in the courtroom.

Eric has conducted over 200 jury trials as well as over 1500 district court trials and has earned an AV preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell.
