No jail time ("Whew!")
At my first appearance in court for a DUI case, the prosecutor was offering several days of jail time for some type of plea. Mr. Johnson told me not to accept it and assured me that he could make several motions to get my case out of that court and in front of the judge whom he was highly confident ...
