Biography
Prior to rejoining DeCaro Doran Mr. Kohl practiced with Reinstein, Glackin, Patterson & Herriott in Bowie. Mr. Kohl also previously practiced with Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and clerked for the Honorable Christopher C. Henderson in Charles County, Maryland. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, and was a Bradley Fellow at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Kohl's practice focus on representing select plaintiffs injured due to others' negligence, including those injured in automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, and as a result of medical malpractice. Mr. Kohl also represents contractors in securing payment from their customers, and also represents select defendants charges with traffic or criminal offences.
