John M. Hall, Jr is the Sole Proprietor & C.E.O. of the John Hall Law Group, LLC.  Mr. Hall has been practicing law for 23 years in the state of Maryland.  After earning a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland, Mr. Hall went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at Regent University School of Law.  While studying Law at Regent University, some of his notable accomplishments include an award for the highest grade in Professional Responsibility, as well as an award for Professional Responsibility / Ethics.  Upon completion of Law School in 1992, he worked as an attorney for the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office.  In June of1995 Mr. Hall became partner at a law firm in Riverdale representing Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Criminal clients.  He went on to start his own firm, The John Hall Law Group, LLC, in 2008.  The John Hall Law Group is the number one Workers’ Compensation law firm in Maryland.  Mr. Hall prides himself in serving our public service Heroes as well as other injured workers.

John Hall, Jr. and his law firm represented me in a Worker's Compensation case. It was evident the first time that I met with him that he is extremely knowledgeable in this area and put my mind at ease that he would handle everything. He is professional, courteous and responsive and so is his staff and the other attorneys in his firm. He takes his time explaining everything to you and is always willing to answer questions and help in any way. Excellent Service
John treated me great. If you have a question, just call him and he will respond. Had problems with workmans comp. A call into John the issue was resolved in an hour. I would recommend John to anyone who needs a great lawyer that will fight for your rights. Excellent attorney.

Ive been dealing with John Hall since 2007. Hes handled 3 cases for me , the first 2 netting over $25,000 and the third one will be tripled that amount! Any police officer looking for a great attorney, call John Hall.

Knows the law
Mr. Hall handled my two previous workers comp cases in 2004 and 2007. He knows the law inside and out when it comes to workers comp. He has been a friend to public safety for many years and has our back when it comes to getting injured in the line of duty. He does a phenomenal job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs to file a claim.

Knowledgeable workmans comp attorney
Mr Hall and his staff walked me through the process and explained each portion of the process. Having never been in a major work related accident it was nice to have attorneys and employees of the firm explain in detail the steps and procedures. Knowing what to expect was nice in a process that was unfamiliar to me. The follow up after every appointment was comforting and made me feel as though I was more then a client.

Injured Officer
I have used Mr. Hall on numerous occasions and each time he was very responsive. He even gave me his cell phone number and advised I could call him directly anytime. Dealing with his staff was always smooth and all calls were returned in a timely manner. When I had my hearing on my last case, Mr. Hall was prepared for trial and the outcome was was excellent. I recommend using Mr. Hall.

Great Lawyer
I have used John on several occasions and each time I was completely satisfied with the results. His staff is responsive and thorough. At times you must be interactive as well as proactive, but thats just good common sense. I have referred many people to him without complaint.

Mr. Hall made this process easy for me and my family
Mr. Hall was very personable and not at all like the average attorney. He made me feel at home and yes, offered a Coke and tickets as well. However, I Am surprised at anyone taking offense to such a generous offer. His staff has always been responsive when necessary. Mr. Hall and his staff helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I would definitely recommend the firm and use it myself in the future.

Forced to change attorneys
Mr. Hall's firm, in his own words, "dicked" around with my case for close to two years with absolutely no results. I was assigned attorney Ben Barnes who was more interested in being a state delegate than serving his clients. I was given story after story by the staff and none seemed to be correct. I expressed my concerns to Mr. Hall who assured me that it would all be taken care of by him personally. Close to three months later, my case was still at a stand still and my complaints were falling on Mr. Halls deaf ears. I had no choice but to find another firm. I would not recommend Hall, Butler, Macleay & Barnes to anyone.

You are only a number for his bank account
Mr hall is all about his image,want a coke , how about a cigar and some oriole tickets. All good but it stopped there, he and his staff do not return calls and when they do they make you feel as if you are bothering them,(don't call us we'll call you) .my injuries required surgery and with mr halls lack of urgency , my surgery went from routine to severe and now has a nine month recovery time .after we had discussed this mr Hall stated I was not a good fit to be a client of his , then after I terminated his service and found a proper attorney , Mr hall sent me 5 business cards and asked me to recommend him to my friends . This lack of care has put my family in a financial hardship in which I may not recover . So please learn from my experience and don't use this man
