Mr Hall and his staff walked me through the process and explained each portion of the process. Having never been in a major work related accident it was nice to have attorneys and employees of the firm explain in detail the steps and procedures. Knowing what to expect was nice in a process that was u...nfamiliar to me. The follow up after every appointment was comforting and made me feel as though I was more then a client.

Mr hall is all about his image,want a coke , how about a cigar and some oriole tickets. All good but it stopped there, he and his staff do not return calls and when they do they make you feel as if you are bothering them,(don't call us we'll call you) .my injuries required surgery and with mr halls... lack of urgency , my surgery went from routine to severe and now has a nine month recovery time .after we had discussed this mr Hall stated I was not a good fit to be a client of his , then after I terminated his service and found a proper attorney , Mr hall sent me 5 business cards and asked me to recommend him to my friends . This lack of care has put my family in a financial hardship in which I may not recover . So please learn from my experience and don't use this man
