Your money is well spent hiring Mr. Griffith. I was facing serious life changing penalties, and a commonwealth attorney who was well prepared. Mr. Griffith and Tom Plofchan were able to get the Refusal thrown out under a technicality, and prepared a strong enough case, so that the commonwealth was ...willing to drop the DUI (3rd) to a Reckless Driving. My penalties were much less severe, and my life was able to continue on track. I was very thankful that I hired Mr. Griffith. I started with another lawyer, but after a few pretrial proceedings I found different counsel, and I'm almost positive if I hadn't I would not being sharing any good news.

Daniel was knowledgeable in the DUI defense area and ended up getting a good plea deal for me. Worth the money spent. This firm litigates DUIs aggressively and if I hadn't hired one that did I would have never gotten the deal I did. My only complaint is that I wasn't updated as often as I would have ...liked. It may have been that there was nothing to report but for somebody with a bunch of jail time over their head just getting a call to say everything is on track and not to worry would have been nice.
