I was given a ticket in Frederick County, VA for Reckless Driving, a Class 1 misdemeanor – a criminal offence. I did my homework when looking for representation which led me to inquire about Mark Earley Sr. I spoke to Mark directly and we discussed the particulars of my case. He uses an on-line case management system, called Client Portal. I really liked it as all communication was sent through the on-line system. I could sign documents and upload them to the portal; I could send messages and all documentation was always right there for me to review whenever I wanted. In addition, I was able to call and speak to an assistant at any time and my message got me in touch with Mark right away. Mark was very good at explaining everything to me and answered all my questions which included recommendations on what I could do. Being from outside of VA, I had trust issues with lawyers from other states, but Mr Earley was very knowledgeable about VA laws, as well as having expertise on traffic, DUI, DWI and speeding charges.
