Mark Lawrence Earley Sr.

After recieivmg a speeding ticket 99/70, I recieved over 25 Attorney solicitation flyers, one day after the speeding ticket. My gut told me to seek out the best in the business and I damn sure got the best in the business Mark Jr. and Sr. after reading on the internet their credentials. I picked out... my lawyer randomly Mark Jr. and Sr. was amazing and made me feel comfortable right away, oh and how many attorneys return your telephone call within a 20-30 minute time period right after leaving a message? Not many... Mark Sr. came in confident never gave me any BS and he knew what he was doing and cared about me as a human being and what this might do to my life. He got the charges dropped and even if he hadn't I was confident he would have have gotten the charges reduced to a fine. Mr. Early's fee was very resonable compared to a few other lawers I called and said to me, we just have to take our shot at what the judge will give you, to me that is disparaging when facing a serious speeding charge. We cannot say enough about Mr.Earley. From the first time we called his office until our day in court we were met with professionalism, courtesy, honesty and encouragement. Mr. Early came with a set price that was worth it. Even though I was concerned that they would take my license he stood strong and sure. Mine was in an usual case due to the oversight of the officer during paperwork. Mr. Early could have tried his hand and had it thrown out but being wise and honest ...he confronted the D A with the information. I do think that his move had a lot of sway in the final decision. A reckless driving ticket that may have been undeserved but unable to fight was turned into Driving School and wiped from my record. He kept me up-to-date with any new information and made sure to follow up with me afterwards. He made sure that I was in a position to sign up for my class and was very clear about the consequences.
