Very personable, professional, and reassuring. All around great guy. What I perceived as a difficult divorce, Alan kept it simple. He's very receptive and straight forward, his guidance and advice was spot on. Sharp and intelligent he's the person you would want on your side. When what should have been an uncomplicated divorce turned into a three ringed circus, I was very fortunate to have Alan Bowden as my council. I hired Alan in 2014, to represent me through my divorce proceedings. The trait that impressed me most about Alan was his character and his heart. Alan represented my case with the utmost integrity and with such feeling for what I needed and wanted. I had discussed with him from day 1, that I wanted to be the bigger person and do the right thing. I did not want to stray from this course of action, and in law, I have found, others will lie, cheat and steal to get the outcome they want. Alan, not only took my feelings into consideration, he found a way to achieve our goal without going outside the lines. It is hard to express in words, how much Alan has helped me through the most difficult time of my life. How much appreciation I have that, he is not only my attorney, but a friend, who genuinely wants to be there for me.
