She filed things in wrong court. Judge was yelling at her and said it is not his job to tell her how to practice law. She was yelling at the judge in the other court when he told her she was wrong. She might be ok with just filing documents. But never again. I had to hire another lawyer. He got a goo...d rating.

I am still confused what services she ever provided for me. I paid a retainer of over $1000 and all I got was a couple of emails/phone calls., a court appearance in which she did not show, and another where she didn't speak at all and I was interviewed. She did not keep me informed at all and never ...even bothered to contact me unless I initiated. She never told me what to expect or prepared me for next steps. A terrible choice...do not waste your time or money.

I hired Ms. Saenz to help my husband and myself with our immigration paperwork at the beginning of the year. She has been exceptionally helpful and very clear about what we need to do to make this process as easy as possible. We immigrated from Syria over 18 years ago and we wanted to become citizens....
