Replied last February 05, 2016As attorneys we can only get Court orders for payment of support, which is what I did. I cannot make the other party pay the debt. If the person does not pay support after the order has been established then the alternative is to go back to Court and file a Petition for Contempt. Again I cannot personally force someone to pay support.
