I hired Ms. Saenz to help my husband and myself with our immigration paperwork at the beginning of the year. She has been exceptionally helpful and very clear about what we need to do to make this process as easy as possible. We immigrated from Syria over 18 years ago and we wanted to become citizens.... Vanessa handed everything to us in the form of checklists and letters. Instead of telling us everything that we needed right up front and expecting us to remember it all. She broke it all down for us step by step and made each piece manageable. During the consultation she listened to us without interruption and answered all of our questions. It was very comforting to work with someone so knowledgeable about the immigration system, she put us at ease from the first meeting. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone wanting help with an immigration issue, she was wonderful and really streamlined the process for us.

I have no idea why the other reviewers give such a negative impression of Attorney Saenz. In reality, she is an excellent attorney whose work has been nothing but remarkable after using her services for the past 4 years. It seems that the people giving these negative reviews forget to mention their ...inability to follow instructions and ACTUALLY listen to the advise the attorney is giving to them. Obviously, those who do not follow instructions and want things go their own way will not have the best outcomes in their cases. I guess it is easier just to blame the attorney and say they did not do anything. All I can say is that Vanessa's work is impeccable and she is highly knowledgeable in her field of practice. Her 14+ years of experience do provide clients with the security and confidence that the job will be done right. Plus, she is one of the VERY FEW attorneys in the city who is not there just to squeeze as much money out of people, since she is very honest and upfront from the beginning.

When I went in for a consultation I didn't know what to expect from Att. Saenz. She showed no emotion as I told her my situation. My husband at the time was making my life a living hell and was getting ready to leave me with nothing. He knew I was not very savvy when it came to legal matters and bein...g an illegal immigrant I was terrified of going to court. Att. Saenz is not the type of lawyer that will over-promise and under deliver. She will not tell you things because it's what you want to hear. So if that's what you are looking for you can go somewhere else. She will however tell you how it is and is very knowledgable about family and immigration law. She is very organize and is on top of things. She handled both my divorce and my immigration cases with tenacity. Both process went very smoothly and justice was served.
