Mr. Marshall continues to be heavily involved in evidence-based criminal justice reform at the local and state level. Brad brings his experience as a prosecutor to analyze your case, fully investigate the allegations, advise of the best course of action, protect your interests during the negotiation process, and try your case in all levels of court throughout Northern Virginia and beyond. He also handles related matters such as driver’s license issues, firearms rights and concealed weapon permit issues, expungements, bond motions, suppression motions, civil asset forfeiture, probation violations, protective orders, FOIA, and victim representation.
Brad is Past-President of the Prince William County Bar Association, Chair of the Community Criminal Justice Board, serves on the Virginia State Bar's Special Committee on Bench-Bar Relations, and is a member of the Virginia State Bar's prestigious Professionalism Faculty. He also lectures at George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, and is on the legal faculty at the Prince William County Police Academy. Brad regularly teaches legal education courses to his fellow attorneys as well, including constitutional law, mental health law, immigration law, criminal street gang law, and statutory law.
