I am pleased to write a review for Andrew Lindsey and his legal assistant Sarah Panone. There knowledge of the specifics process and preparations allowed for an expedient result. Having multiple offices in the Northern Virginia area easily facilitated dropping off and picking up documents. I was very... doubtful of a positive outcome but their confidence, knowledge and history with this type of hearing gave me confidence that the result would be worth the efforts. As I was dealing with multiple locations the staff that answered the phones and reached out for other inquiries was very prompt and professional. My phone calls were always returned in a timely manner, Andrew was always available responding to texts when I had questions. I never felt like I was just another client on a list waiting to go through a process. There was always a sense of genuine interest in working with me and coming to a resolution in a prompt and efficient manner. I definitely and highly would recommend this firm to anyone with legal needs.

I attained the legal counsel of Andrew Lindsey in the fall of 2019. I was arrested for Felony assault on an officer and Drunk in Public. Though nothing on my record at the time of arrest, I did have a recently dismissed charge 6 months before, so this was especially dire. I was referred to Mr. Lin...dsey through the public defenders office, he was a regarded public defender in the city before beginning his own practice. I contacted Mr. Lindsey and he responded promptly. He was very professional, thorough and to the point. Firm but calm and kind. I was very concerned for the severity that I may possibly have jail time and a felony on my record. Through discussions and consultations after obtaining his legal services we discussed best steps to try to lessen the severity of the outcome of the charges. Though not a record prior, per se, this charge was not exactly a speeding ticket. The course of action that Mr. Lindsey and I discussed was followed. I did all that I could as did he while working with the prosecutor before the case. Mr. Lindsey graciously allowed me to work out a plan for my budget, but with firm guidelines to that, understandably. With all documentation and behaves in order prior to the court. Upon seeing the judge and prosecutor dealt with prior to case, we were able to get the felony dropped to a lesser misdemeanor without intent charge and the Drunk in public charge was dropped. Terms of probation-supervised and fines reduced. As anyone needs a clean background check, I am very thankful for this outcome. Not spotless, but a very satisfied and fortunate outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Andrew Lindsey. He was professional and courteous. He knows what he is doing and is very experienced. Very intelligent and respected attorney in the area. I received RD speeding tickets for 85 on 65 limit and summoned to court. Since I live in New York, I need an attorney to represent me in court and I am glad I hired Andrew Lindsey. Unlike other law firms where assistants call you and ask you to collect so many items before you can talk to a lawyer (D...MV record, Driver Improvement, Speedometer Calibration, Character Letters, they even asked me if I can do Community Service…), Andrew personally called me after I contacted his firm. In 10 minutes, he explained what he can do which getting my case dismissed and only ask me to take the Driver Improvement online class. I can tell right away that he has lot of experience and know what he is doing. He gave me his cell number and email and always got back to me quickly every time I needed to ask him anything. When the court date arrived, I didn’t have to show up in court and received his call at the end of the day informing my case has been dismissed. I have to pay court fee but that’s about it. I could not be happier.
