Jon F. Hays is a general practice attorney serving all of Northern Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has assisted clients in resolving a wide array of legal issues including Criminal, Family Law, and other non-complex Civil Litigation issues.
Before beginning his law career, Jon served fifteen years in Active Duty and Reserve Service in both the U.S. Marine Corps and the Army National Guard. He has been assigned to 1st MEF Headquarters Group (Camp Pendleton, CA), I&I Staff, H Btry 3/14 (Richmond, VA), MCB Quantico, MACS-24 (Virginia Beach, VA), 276th Engineer Battalion (VANG), 620th Signal Company (WVNG), 30th ABCT (NCNG).
Jon's current Army assignment is with the Multi-Agency Augmentation Command of the Washington D.C. National Guard.
