Biography
I have been handling personal injury cases, including automobile accident cases, slip and fall cases, and medical malpractice claims, for over 20 years. I have personally handled in excess of 5,000 cases, and I have been selected numerous times by Washingtonian Magazine, as one of the best personal injury attorneys in the Washington, DC area. Additionally, I have never had less than an AV (the highest rating attainable) by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.
Recently, my firm ranked among the top three law firms in the DC area (category: Best Malpractice Representation), by The National Law Journal & Legal Times (2011 Reader's Survey).
I was also selected for inclusion on the 2012 Superlawyers list (Plaintiff's Personal Injury), which is based on "a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement" (www.superlawyers.com).
I have also been selected as one of the top 10 personal injury lawyers in the Washington, DC area, by the editors of , which is a reference tool designed to help professionals find other highly qualified professionals in other fields. Third Generation
