I wrote this person based upon someone else's referral, provided them with all of my information as requested and they completed ghosted me. All they had to say is that they were not interested but they did not even provide me the courtesy of stating such. Extremely unprofessional.

Mark Represented me in a "free speech case" and he won it. Charged me 200 a hour and 300 a hour (being paid by the defendants) if we won. And also charged 25% of the Gross (giving himself 375 a hour). I did not realize when he took the case that he had set himself up to get most of the settlement....
This person has been continually trolling me and posting false information. The only negative review I have ever received, for good reason, has been attempted before and has been removed by Avvo multiple times.

Mark has been representing me for several years concerning a complex case involving the Federal Government. I first became aware of Mark, and his reputation as a stellar attorney, when a Senior Executive within my organization recommended Mark, based upon firsthand knowledge of Mark's experience, re...

Mark represented me for a clearance issue. His experience is respected in the intelligence community and he knew the process well. His approach was professional and he genuinely cared about my situation. I would recommend his services without hesitation.

Remarkable is just one of the words that can sum up Mark Zaid! He is always on top of the case at hand and is accessible to us day and night. He is extremely intelligent and always goes above and beyond. I am sure anyone that chooses Mark Zaid as an attorney will feel as fortunate as we do.
"Mark Zaid is a friend of almost 30 years. We worked together as colleagues and counsel of record representing victims of the Libyan terrorist bombing of Pan Am flight 103 shortly before Christmas 1988. I have observed his strong legal work and judgment over a 20 year period. Mark was especially effective interacting with clients in stressful situations. He and they were devoted to each other. Today he is a respected bar leader in DC, an eminent expert in government employment and national security law."
"Mark is a smart, grounded, tenacious advocate who is not afraid of facing opponents with government power or deep pockets. Never gives up"
"Mark is a phenomenal attorney and legal expert in the area of national security law and whistleblower rights as well as a top notch litigator. His specialized knowledge and his stellar advocacy are a valuable asset to the legal community. Thank you for all that you do to advance the rights of whistleblowers Mark."
"Mr. Zaid is an outstanding attorney and leader in the area of national security law, freedom of information act litigation, and civil litigation. Given his extensive private practice experience, Mr. Zaid is a true subject-matter expert. Accordingly, the work-product he produces is extraordinary. As a fellow attorney, it is something I admire and look to emulate."
"We have worked with Mark on several matters together and admire his extensive knowledge of national security law. Mark is an outstanding lawyer. If I needed a lawyer for a security clearance, I would use Mark. He's also an excellent person who genuinely cares about his clients."
