Knowledgeable and professional, with a personal touch
Our company has been a client of Michelle DelMar since 2014. As a UK company, setting up a US subsidiary was not a straightforward task but Michelle understood our requirements and made the process simple. She also drafted a private label distributor agreement for us with competence and attention to detail. She continues to act as our lawyer, dealing with the day to day legal and administrative tasks in a timely and efficient fashion, and is always helpful and friendly.
