Highly Recommend

I hired Jim after a very detailed and thorough consultation, and after having consulted with other attorneys it was clear that Jim had the best level of understanding the nuances of my complex case. As a former political appointee at an old government agency, we are often conditioned that have no rig...hts as we "work at the pleasure of the President". In my case, I was being coerced and forced into quitting my job in retaliation after I raised concerns (both formally and informally) of repeated racial discrimination against myself and other colleagues of my race. Jim asked very detailed questions, meticulously reviewed all information he asked me to provide, spoke with credible witnesses, and worked on my behalf to level ensure I was not left out to dry while also sparing this agency a very public lawsuit. Jim's confidence in my case combined with his professionalism, patience, diligence, compassion, and pragmatism helped me navigate one of the hardest periods of my career and life in general. He was also extremely responsive to all calls, emails, and texts and his team at his law office were very hospitable, kind, patient, understanding, and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience in such a trying time. I'm grateful for his skills and services.

Extremely Responsive, Knowledgeable, Client Focused

I received the reference for Attorney Jim Eisenmann following notice that post retirement from federal service I was being investigated. Since I had almost no information or context regarding this investigation there was little information that I could provide during my consult with Jim. Jim skillf...ully steered me to what I did know or suspected and based on that information he was able to extrapolate possible scenarios. Having no previous experience in matters such as this, Jim took the time to explain the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process. Identified unknown variables and implications for those. He responded to every email and question quickly and precisely. I feel extremely lucky to have Attorney Eisenmann on my side.

Great experience - consultation with James Eisenmann

Jim was never formally my attorney, but he did provide me with legal consultation when I had some questions. He was very thoughtful and interested in providing the right guidance. He felt it wasn't necessary for him to be my attorney (I just had some questions), so it was clear he was trying to provi...de only the most helpful consultation and nothing more. I felt Jim was genuinely looking to help without the unnecessary time, tasks, fees, etc.. I felt I could trust Jim (and I spoke with another attorney whom I did not get that sense from). I would go back to Jim if I ever needed to.

Program Manager

Jim was instrumental in sparing my 15 year federal career and restoring me to a senior, supervisory position that I loved and worked hard for, with minimal impact. I was blindsided by devastating allegations that threatened my livelihood. Through trusted referrals, I found Jim. My case was comple...x due to some very nuanced technical details. Jim clearly had an outstanding acumen to start with, but also obtained, under tight time constraints, the necessary depth in the subject matter surrounding my situation. He was professional, attentive and collaborative. He is easy to be open with, and he effectively championed my case - I think his insights into how to handle a variety of interactions and attack the challenge is also the result of good instincts and that characteristic is not found in any attorney. It’s a gift. Ultimately Jim’s knowledge, thoroughness and strategy resulted in well crafted written and oral rebuttals that got me through my situation. You get what you pay for, and Jim was worth every penny when I had a massive amount on the line. Thinking of my case conjures up a lot of anxiety - it was a very stressful time. A very bright spot in that experience was having Jim on my side to argue my case. I am very grateful I was connected to him and would recommend him to anyone needing counsel, especially for sophisticated cases and those individuals in management with a lot to lose.
