Although the case took longer than expected, the end results were great, He is so friendly and answered every call I made ...regardless of the time of day I called. John is the best lawyer you can find for personal injuries in the DC area. If allowed, I want to give his office ten stars. Our family got a severe car accident in VA three years ago. It is the first time we have had this in our life. Firstly, one friend recommended a "famous" and giant lawyer's offi...ce in the DC area. After working with them for three months, they suddenly told us they couldn't work on our case anymore for an unknown reason. It was so ridiculous that I almost lost confidence in the lawyers. We had to find a new lawyer. I tried Avvo and fortunately found John. Since we were hurt so much by the giant lawyer's office, we were happy to find John's office, an expert on traffic accidents but not big. After the first talk with John, my wife and I decided that John was the one we should choose. He gave many advice and understandable instructions. Moreover, you can contact him very easily. I had to wait a week or longer to talk to the lawyer's assistant when we worked with that "famous" lawyer's office. He also knew many doctors to help you. When the specialist in our area couldn't help my wife, John introduced another good doctor to us so my wife could continue her treatment. In addition, unlike any lawyers I knew, John has a sense of justice. Last year, my wife was in another car accident. Our insurance made ridiculous decisions for us. We talked to John, and he was also angry with what the insurance did to us. He volunteered to write a letter to them and stated their mistakes. With the help of the letter, the insurance corrected their mistakes. John is also an expert in dealing with various insurance companies and is very persistent. The insurance company of the guys who hit us is a small and unprofessional business. They ignored calls from John. They tried to slow down the process purposely. John spent hours and days contacting them and even had to call people of different levels up to the president. They even put the wrong numbers in the final checks. Fortunately, we have John to help us. Otherwise, I can't imagine what would happen to us. With the hard work of John and his assistance, Ali, the compensation we got is more than we had expected. In addition, we feel secure when you have John with you during difficult times. John, Thank you again! John is a gem and I’m tremendously glad that I connected with him. Wanting to put my accident behind me ASAP and minimize time and energy spent toward that end, I made the rookie mistake of attempting to settle on my own. I eventually reached an impasse with the insurance company but simply couldn’t ...bring myself to accept their settlement offer. Drained by all the back-and-forth at this point, I didn’t thoroughly research options (which is, ironically, a big part of my reason for not obtaining a lawyer in the first place — there are an overwhelming number of personal injury lawyers in the area!) and simply contacted the first lawyer from whom, simply put, I got a good Google vibe — enter John. That positive impression was immediately confirmed via our first phone call (for which he made himself available that very same day) and further cemented throughout subsequent meetings. John exceeded expectations in every metric, netting me over double the initial offer despite my less-than-ideal handling of everything at the outset. He answered every question I had with ease and honesty and was always available and communicative throughout the process.
