About me

I became an attorney to help hard working clients with legal issues.  I am a highly motivated attorney, who offers actionable solutions to legal challenges. My practice focuses on federal Government compliance matters.  I represent Clients in matters involving federal agency debarments, Boards of Contract Appeals litigation, Government Accountability Office (GAO) bid protests, and Trade Agreements Act compliance matters, among others. As a judge advocate in the U.S. Army, my practice focused on defending Soldiers in court-martials, addressing various legal aspects of military operations in Iraq, and resolving fiscal and procurement law issues, among others.
