Highly Recommend
Highly recommended, responsive, and professional. Mr. Kornacki took a complicated ACMBR case and created an efficient as well as persuasive rebuttal that resulted in the Army Board recommended full relief. Highly responsive months out when requesting case updates and through multiple change of addresses (when I moved). Recommended without any reservations.

The Long Journey
My journey was a long journey and it finally is over with desired results thanks to Mr. Kornacki’s expertise and determination. I received a general officer letter of reprimand and a subpar OER that ruined my career. Payment: Mr. Kornacki was my second lawyer. My first lawyer never responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner and basically wanted me to draft responses that I was paying him to do. It was a complete waste of money and I lost 18 months dealing with my first lawyer’s unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic. With Mr. Kornacki, he only required half of the payment up front to retain him and required the rest upon completion and submission of the documents. Process: My case was very complicated with a lot of issues intertwined making it difficult to layout to a panel members participating In the Army Board for Corrections of Military Records (ABCMR). Mr. Kornacki outlined my case in detail and clearly tied all the issues together seamlessly. In order to submit to the ABCMR, you have to be rejected by DASEB. This is not an easy process and their decisions are written as finite and there will be no resolution (making you feel helpless). Mr. Kornacki analyzed their responses and drafted counter arguements and resubmitted right away, each and every time. He never once told me the process would be easy. He explained that the process was designed in a manner that most people simply give up but he told me not to and I am glad I didn’! He took on a procsss that has been running the same way for decades in making determinations usually not in an applicant’s favor. In my case, he clearly outlined my case, resubmitted it each time it was rejected until they finally read it and once they did, they overturned EVERYTHING! This is the process that requires patience. ABCMR are backlogged 13k-20k cases. Mr. Kornacki managed to not only be thoroughly reviewed but I received an actual response that was not a cut and paste from a previous determination. From someone that is standing at the end of the tunnel after a five years of a very painful journey: -Mr. Kornacki guided me to it and he was my light. -Mr. Kornacki will research and find the best solutions. -He is honest and he will not give you an unrealistic timeline. He will not make any promises. He knows the Army process and knows it well. My first attorney always gave me expectations that always ended up being major disappointments. If a lawyer is giving you exact dates, major red flag. Mr. Kornacki was very upfront about the process. The Army is upfront about the process. There is no crystal ball. -Send him everything. If you think it may not matter, an email with two sentences involving your case, you will discover, it may play a role as key evidence. -Very responsive. There has not been a day in our 3 year journey that he did not pick up or call me back right away. I feel like I know him not only as my attorney but as a friend now. He knows my family and about my life and I know about his. It has been an incredible long and painful journey but he fought for me especially during times I wanted to give up. He didn’t let me. I would have never seen this day of being notified of full relief thanks to Mr. Kornacki! You want him to represent you.

Excellent representation for those who served!!
Mr. Kornacki did a superb job from start through to finish. My Case was a long and arduous proceeding that went from the BCRN through to the Court of Appeals but Mr. Kornacki stuck with the case and got the favorable results I hoped for. I highly recommend Mr. Kornacki for those who served and were done an injustice.

Debarment Proposal by US Navy Terminated
Wojciech did an outstanding job guiding me throughout the process of gathering pertinent information and facts in response to a Notice Of Proposed Debarment by the Department of The Navy. Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC) submitted a Memorandum In Support Of Proposed Debarment to the Department of the Navy, which contained false information and claims. Wojciech wrote a 29 page brief, which included 22 exhibits that refuted the false information and claims made by LMC.

Commensurate Professional
Attorney Kornacki is a commensurate professional and expert on his own right. My experience working with him was nothing short of professional. He took my case last minute and delivered! Without a doubt I would gladly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves facing military justice issue. He's a worth of knowledge, former JAG veteran who puts his client first and get them justice. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent Attorney. Attentive and Skilled.
I was provided an “Of Counsel” from The Law Office of Philip D. Cave. This Positive 5-Star rating of Mr. Kornacki is overdue.: Mr. Wojciech Kornacki assisted me in my Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) petition that spanned over seven years. He was instrumental in laying a strong foundation by effectively framing arguments that highlighted the improper treatment of me by my military leaders, and the arbitrary and capriciousness of past BCNR denials of both initial petition and resubmission's when the evidence presented effectively rebutted their explanations. In the end, I was granted a full 20-year military retirement, back-pay, and the expungement of all negative remarks in my annual evaluations.

Superb attorney with amazing legal talent
Mr. Kornacki is an incredibly talented attorney - bar none! You would think that the system you swear to protect will indeed protect you. Not necessarily so. My case dates 5 years back and I thought I had closed it. What a surprise I got when I am gearing up for retirement and I am notified via email by HQ's Army that I have to go to a grade determination review board after Mr. Cave won my case before all this. The Army Grade Determination Review Board (commonly known as ARBA) is an agency you never heard before that reviews your record per request of HRC where there's negative information on your record - even if your are cleared - its not good enough - and this agency now has my livelihood in their hands and I don't even know who the board members are. Its a painful and nerve wrecking process. So I had to call Mr. Cave's Law Firm again ASAP! - I was NOT going to gamble my future and all I have worked so hard my entire military life. Then here comes Mr. Kornacki whom I knew from being represented by Mr. Cave before. I can assure you - you want to be WELL REPRESENTED? Mr. Kornacki is your man. Intellectually savvy, knows the ARBA process extremely well, is SUPER meticulous and gives you enormous peace of mind, plus he's very professional, respectful and attentive! What a great service he did for me. Answers calls, emails, text, messages of any kind promptly and always ready with information to make a superb case and explain where he is at with your case. He is honest and VERY detailed and leaves NOTHING to chance. He is worth every penny and more. He was on my case at all times and consulted, researched, acted on issues like a "shark smelling blood" LoL. But that's what you want in an attorney. A grade determination board is nothing to laugh about - its a serious business and very secretive!!! Mr. Kornacki got all my details, we analyzed the case and he made a STELLAR case presentation and he saved my future and gave me back the peace of mind and restored my honor and reputation. So don't gamble your future the process is LONG, unknown, nobody tells you anything at the agency unless is a routing and notification receipt of documents - that's all you get. There's affordable legal power you can buy to defend you. Mr. Kornacki may GOD bless you and Mr. Cave always for what you do for a client. You two are stellar performers.

Excellent Suspension and Debarment Lawyer
Mr. Kornacki helped me put together a well thought out rebuttal to a suspension and debarment proceeding brought against me by an IC agency in late 2019. His legal aptitude and knowledge on the subject were key to providing the necessary details outlining my innocence which ultimately ended in the general counsel (GC) dropping the case (which judging by the statistics, is rare). You know you have a great lawyer when even the GC compliments you on how well presented the information was in the proceeding. With that said, I would highly recommend Mr Kornacki and am forever grateful for his representation in my case.

Excellent Job
Wojciech. Kornacki is an outstanding attorney and strong advocate for his clients. To the counter party, he is super tough and strong. To his clients, he is very patient and very pleasant to work with. In my debt case, he has been a good listener and studied all relevant details. Based on the details, he did extensive research and proposed tactics to make my case stronger. The result was out of my expectation because of his superior expertise. I very much appreciate all his diligent and smart work. He is truly professional and I strongly recommend him.

A very successful case thanks to quality legal representation
I hired Wojciech Kornacki in 2014 to represent me, a government contractor in an adverse administrative law matter. Wojciech did an excellent job and the adverse action was terminated based on the submissions and representations alone. I truly believe that Wojciech delivered above the full value of every dollar I paid. His process is one of action and diligence. He clearly knows what he is doing and how to get favorable results. For an additional note: as a client, you should be ready to hold yourself to a similar standard of professionalism, dedication, and integrity. Wojciech wants to win - and when he is on your team, everyone needs to be performing with excellence.
