In Sep 2021, I was wrongfully discharged from the U.S. Army, after 21 years of active military service and demoted to the rank of E-1/Pvt. Based on "probable cause" of Sexual Assualt and Adultry. Mr. Kornacki, meticulously went through my case file proved to the Army Military Board of Corrections tha...t there was a severe lack of wrong doing and identified several regulations that were broken during my separation and other than honorable discharge.
