VERY Thorough Attorney!

Mr. Kornacki is the utmost professional! He worked with me over a 3-year period until we got the result I was hoping for. I could not be more thankful for his persistence, communication, and dedication to his job. I ABSOLUTELY recommend him. My situation was related to a military case and he was supe...rb.

Wrongful Discharge and Correction of Records

In Sep 2021, I was wrongfully discharged from the U.S. Army, after 21 years of active military service and demoted to the rank of E-1/Pvt. Based on "probable cause" of Sexual Assualt and Adultry. Mr. Kornacki, meticulously went through my case file proved to the Army Military Board of Corrections tha...t there was a severe lack of wrong doing and identified several regulations that were broken during my separation and other than honorable discharge. Thankfully, the board understood Mr. Kornacki's arguments on my behalf and reversed all wrong doings by the Dept of Army. Corrected my DD214 to Honorably Retired, Military Retirement Pay and back payments, to include reinstated my rank of Retirement. Hiring Mr. Kornacki definitely without a question has changed my life tremendously. Thank you, Mr. Kornacki for achieving almost unattainable results.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommended, responsive, and professional. Mr. Kornacki took a complicated ACMBR case and created an efficient as well as persuasive rebuttal that resulted in the Army Board recommended full relief. Highly responsive months out when requesting case updates and through multiple change of addre...sses (when I moved). Recommended without any reservations.

The Long Journey

My journey was a long journey and it finally is over with desired results thanks to Mr. Kornacki’s expertise and determination. I received a general officer letter of reprimand and a subpar OER that ruined my career. Payment: Mr. Kornacki was my second lawyer. My first lawyer never responded to... my emails or phone calls in a timely manner and basically wanted me to draft responses that I was paying him to do. It was a complete waste of money and I lost 18 months dealing with my first lawyer’s unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic. With Mr. Kornacki, he only required half of the payment up front to retain him and required the rest upon completion and submission of the documents. Process: My case was very complicated with a lot of issues intertwined making it difficult to layout to a panel members participating In the Army Board for Corrections of Military Records (ABCMR). Mr. Kornacki outlined my case in detail and clearly tied all the issues together seamlessly. In order to submit to the ABCMR, you have to be rejected by DASEB. This is not an easy process and their decisions are written as finite and there will be no resolution (making you feel helpless). Mr. Kornacki analyzed their responses and drafted counter arguements and resubmitted right away, each and every time. He never once told me the process would be easy. He explained that the process was designed in a manner that most people simply give up but he told me not to and I am glad I didn’! He took on a procsss that has been running the same way for decades in making determinations usually not in an applicant’s favor. In my case, he clearly outlined my case, resubmitted it each time it was rejected until they finally read it and once they did, they overturned EVERYTHING! This is the process that requires patience. ABCMR are backlogged 13k-20k cases. Mr. Kornacki managed to not only be thoroughly reviewed but I received an actual response that was not a cut and paste from a previous determination. From someone that is standing at the end of the tunnel after a five years of a very painful journey: -Mr. Kornacki guided me to it and he was my light. -Mr. Kornacki will research and find the best solutions. -He is honest and he will not give you an unrealistic timeline. He will not make any promises. He knows the Army process and knows it well. My first attorney always gave me expectations that always ended up being major disappointments. If a lawyer is giving you exact dates, major red flag. Mr. Kornacki was very upfront about the process. The Army is upfront about the process. There is no crystal ball. -Send him everything. If you think it may not matter, an email with two sentences involving your case, you will discover, it may play a role as key evidence. -Very responsive. There has not been a day in our 3 year journey that he did not pick up or call me back right away. I feel like I know him not only as my attorney but as a friend now. He knows my family and about my life and I know about his. It has been an incredible long and painful journey but he fought for me especially during times I wanted to give up. He didn’t let me. I would have never seen this day of being notified of full relief thanks to Mr. Kornacki! You want him to represent you.
