Stacey Kyera Eunnae

Stacey K. Eunnae has more than a decade of experience providing legal advocacy and representation to individuals and organizations. She is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Eunnae at Law PLLC, a unique law firm conceived to teach and protect the rights of exceptional persons, their families and businesses. Stacey has represented hundreds of parents, caregivers and students in cases against schools, school districts and government agencies that involved matters such as bullying/harassment, discrimination, FERPA, student discipline, Title IX and special education. She has also represented clients in matters dealing with contracts, disability accommodations, employment discrimination, harassment/stalking and landlord tenant issues. Stacey is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Prior to founding her own law practice, Stacey served as the Clinical Instructor and Supervising Attorney at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and as a Senior Staff Attorney at a non-profit legal services provider in D.C. Stacey has testified numerous times before the D.C. Council and developed and led “know your rights" and C.L.E. presentations and trainings at local and national conferences, panels and other events on a variety of topics related to education and civil rights lawyering.
