Best Special Education Lawyer in Northern Virginia

We can't recommend Stacey Eunnae highly enough. As parents, we spent years trying to get our son the support he needed and kept hitting a wall with the school district. Stacey changed everything. She reopened our son's IEP and, through her deep knowledge of special education law, got the district ...to formally acknowledge they had denied him FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education). That admission alone felt like years of validation. From there, she secured compensatory education services to make up for lost time, and — just as importantly — got the IEP amended to include the exact services we had been requesting for years but were repeatedly denied or dismissed. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and prepared Stacey was at every step. She clearly understood the regulations inside and out, anticipated the district's arguments, and always had a clear strategy. But beyond her expertise, it was obvious she genuinely cared about our son and getting him the right outcome, not just checking boxes or settling for less. If you're a parent fighting for your child's educational rights and feeling exhausted or unheard, Stacey Eunnae is who you want in your corner. She listens, she fights, and she delivers real results. We are so grateful for her advocacy and cannot thank her enough.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
