As a green card holder, I had my citizenship interview in 2012 and was told to wait for the USCIS to contact me with a response. Despite multiple attempts to contact the USCIS (via email and in person at their field office) I was repeatedly told over a three year period to wait for a response... the ...response never came. I was subsequently referred to Mrs. Beach by a colleague whom she had worked with in the past. In our first meeting, Mrs Beach identified the probable causes for my initial application/ interview delay, outlined the process we would undertake for resolution and estimated the time course. She was very thorough and explained everything to my understanding. She introduced me to her assistant, Ms Coric who would also be assisting me and insisted I could contact them at any time with any concerns. Through the process, Mrs Beach and Ms Coric were very accessible. They saw me in-person at follow up meetings and updated me regularly on the progress we were making. Within a year I was scheduled a second interview (which she attended with me) and two months later I was sworn in as a United States Citizen! My only regret is that I was not referred to her sooner.

I came in for a consultation and my appointment was at 10am and I wasnt until 11:30 and she didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait, in which i took off from work to come see the so-called "best immigration lawyer in D.C" i paied $300 for the consultation and then this caucasian slim w...oman bust in the conference room and pulled her out and then I had to wait again for another 20 minutes and the receptionist came over and apologized to me and for the fact that her boss was late. I have never been to such an unorganized firm in my life! This very dark skin lady with a head full of hair was using profanity in the office around the customers which was extremely unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time and money with this firm.

Dealing with immigration is a very stressful and expensive process especially if you do not have a competent lawyer to represent you. Danielle has handled cases successfully to other friends and family members so I was very confident especially since my case was complicated when I retained her to r...epresent me. Thank God I did. She is very knowledgeable about the process and very professional. She has experience with different cases. When I went in for my citizen interview, she was there with me. I knew we were prepared and ready and was very confident of the result. Needless to say I was successful in getting my citizenship. I will refer any one to Danielle anytime with any immigration situation and I am confident she will be successful in resolving the case.

I was in a verrry challenging situation when God divinely ordered my steps to Ms Oswald. I had gone to a lawyer in Sterling Va who claimed to be able to handle my case, this criminal sat on my case for almost 2yrs deducting money from my account, and i was placed on removal proceedings; it was the sc...ariest feeling of my life.
