Former Employee Review

Ms. Beach is a highly knowledgeable and experienced attorney. She never gives up - even when a case is extrememly complex, she always looks for creative solutions instead of saying that it simply cannot be done. As a result of her persistence and skill, she wins many cases, many of which other attor...neys deemed hopeless. She also genuinely cares about her clients and works very hard to ensure that she helps them as much as she can. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking to have their immigration case resolved quickly and successfully.

Best Imigration Lawyer DC-MD-VA

I have known Danielle L.C. Beach for since 2005. Danielle is my immigration lawyer and has been of enormous help in advising on various applications to Department of Homeland Security. I have also testified for her as an expert medical witness in my capacity as a physician on some of her litigation ...cases and she is always well prepared and has a wonderful rapport with her colleagues and Judges. Danielle is a very hard working person and very dedicated to her job. She is very thorough and is very well versed with the technicalities of her profession as a lawyer. Even on weekends or while on my travels abroad in various countries for USAID, I have been able to reach her and get her legal advice on critical business issues. She has been my lawyer for the past 6 years and she has always given me sound counsel concerning my cases. She is very loyal and very well known in her area of expertise as well as appreciated for her caring and knowledgeable approach in many areas of the law. As an immigration attorney, she will work with other attorneys on civil and criminal matters to obtain the best results for people

best immigration lawyer in dc

Danielle Beach-Oswald with her associates especially Claire de Gerin put their experience, knowledge and heart into every aspect of my case with resulted in a huge success. Their expertise in litigation was evident every step of the way. Most importantly, I felt that I could contact her or any memb...er of the team at any moment for questions and they would always smile and treat me with courtesy and as a family member. This is a truly exceptional law firm and I nominate them as the best in DC. I have had many experiences with attorneys and now come close to their expertise and exceptionalism. Kind regards,

Knowledgeable and responsive immigration attorney

Ms. Beach is a very knowledgeable and reliable professional. Unlike many lawyers, she promptly answers e-mails and returns calls. I sought her advice in relation to my US citizenship application and highly recommend her services. The rates that Ms. Beach charges are very reasonable. Yet the quality o...f her work product is exceptionally high.

client's recomendation as regards concern for asylum immigration cases and also application for work permits and other law cases

Since last year2010 when I had to take my case to the said attoney,it has been a total success. From the first review Ihad with the lawyer about my case,I knew saw in her the positive attitude potrayed by her team of workers, through her. However, it wasn,t easy as such, but she decided to have a review ...of the case step by step from where the previous lawyer stopped. As the year goes by,she has been good due to the heip from friends and how she ,s been handling difficult cases and succeeding.

"I've known Danielle professionally for many years. She has tirelessly represented immigrants from many parts of the world. She is well known among her peers and is a keen advocate for noncitizens who are in removal proceedings. I have associated with Danielle in legislative-related matters proving her concern is not only executing laws related to her clients, but shaping them as well. I have also worked with Danielle in Maryland driver's license policy issues. I would highly recommend her for your immigration needs."

  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
