I saw attorney Danielle Beach many many years ago and I have not forgotten her. I didnot write a review then and now have decided to give her one. I have looked to the West, East, North and South and have never met an attorney who goes into it to win. Period. For many attorneys, number 1 they are ...looking for how much they can make out of you and number 2 , you are just another file/ case number. At Ms. Beach’ s office, everyone is operating in excellence, from the paralegals to the receptionist to the attorneys. She promotes a sprit of excellence and professionalism. No one like her . Period.

I came in for a consultation and my appointment was at 10am and I wasnt until 11:30 and she didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait, in which i took off from work to come see the so-called "best immigration lawyer in D.C" i paied $300 for the consultation and then this caucasian slim w...oman bust in the conference room and pulled her out and then I had to wait again for another 20 minutes and the receptionist came over and apologized to me and for the fact that her boss was late. I have never been to such an unorganized firm in my life! This very dark skin lady with a head full of hair was using profanity in the office around the customers which was extremely unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time and money with this firm.

I was in a verrry challenging situation when God divinely ordered my steps to Ms Oswald. I had gone to a lawyer in Sterling Va who claimed to be able to handle my case, this criminal sat on my case for almost 2yrs deducting money from my account, and i was placed on removal proceedings; it was the sc...ariest feeling of my life. I went to Ms Danielle and in less than 10mins she was able to know what way to go with my case. She has young and dedicated lawyers ready to do "research" . she went with me after the deportation was nullified, i got back my greencard, and to the glory of God a few days ago i was sworn in as a U.S citizen. Ms Danielle is not afraid to take risk, she spends time to study, and do research and more research into the U.S system and this is what most immigration lawyers don't do simply because they are very lazy. I never knew i could get my Naturalization so fast, but with her experience, and expertise, i got it soooo fast. I will encourage clients to be patient with her, and follow up closely with her and the lawyer she assigns u to. Lastly, without Jesus Christ this all wouldn't have happened, therefore "faith" is very vital for your breakthrough, so pray hard so God can bless you through your lawyer. She has handled my case from day one, and i will keep recommending her, and i say thanks miss Oswald, u are the best. We consulted with Danielle on an immigration case for my wife recently and she seemed intent in scaring us into spending a lot of money based on interpreting my wife's case in the most drastic manner possible. As I have come to understand the law better, I believe she was making statements that were ...really not well-informed but were certainly alarmist. She also started out with a very high price based on a complex interpretation of our case. When we balked she suggested a more simple interpretation might well be sufficient. She pushed us hard to sign up that moment, saying that our consultation fee would only be applied as a discount if we gave her a yes or no that day. Follow up questions to her have been answered slowly and without any clarity - the subtext seems to be unless we enlist her services she will answer no additional questions. She is entitled to conduct her business this way - but it strikes me as very unhelpful, especially when my followup questions are clarifying potentially significant misapprehensions on her part. We paid three-hundred dollars for the consultation and I believe she has a responsibility to render value and correct legal advice in return. Overall, and most importantly, reading her reviews, it does not resemble the person that we met with. -John
